These terms and conditions apply to the Perikopen Digital BNKP application (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices, created by Suriani Waruwu (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as an ad-supported service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. It is highly recommended that you review them carefully before using the Application.

Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the Application, any part of the Application, or its trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, the Service Provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Application at any time. Any charges related to the Application or its services, if applicable, will be clearly communicated to users in advance.

User Data & Security

The Application does not require users to provide personal data directly. Any data processing that may occur is handled by trusted third-party services such as Google Play Services and Google AdMob, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security, expose your device to malware, and cause the Application to malfunction.

Internet Connection & Data Charges

Certain features of the Application (such as updating Perikopen schedules, loading ads, or syncing data) require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for issues arising from a lack of connectivity or exhausted data plans. Any data usage charges incurred while using the Application are the sole responsibility of the user.

Limitation of Liability

While the Service Provider endeavors to keep the Application accurate and up to date (including Perikopen schedules, Buku Sinunö, and Bible texts), no guarantee is given regarding the absolute completeness or reliability of the information. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from reliance on the information provided within the Application.

Updates & Termination

The Application may be updated periodically to improve service, fix bugs, or add new features. Continued use of the Application may require installing these updates. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate or discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice.
